The end of EMU: legal consequences
EMU is described by the authorities as 'irrevocable'. But the nature of this irrevocability is widely misunderstood. A country can leave, but cannot recover its former national currency.

The Public Whip
This site reads Hansard online, and extracts information about MPs voting records on the divisions. As such, it should be able to accurately (and quickly) answer the question: Which way did MP x vote on issue y? (currently going back to 1997). There is also other analysis on the website, e.g. How many times have particular MPs voted differently to the majority of their party (i.e. who are the top rebels), and what the attendance record at divisions is of MPs.
